Plot

A deadly typhoon has just devastated Filipino island' Kapakanan' and you are the only survivor. Most islands in the in the Philippines used to be protected by mangrove trees but coastal urbanisation and prawn farms led to catastrophic deforestation.

Mission

• Restore the coastline of Kapakanan by collecting seedlings in a pot (baby mangroves) and planting them near the sea. 
• You must do that before the next deadly storm arrives to become a champion steward
• Once completed the mission, fly to the giant propagules and enjoy the best views of the island.

This new version of the game has been deployed for the Manchester Science Festival 2024 (18-27 Oct)
